Uprise Hot Yoga & Dance – Partner Acro Play

Join us for a playful two-hour workshop combining partner stretching, spinal traction through passive inversions, and Thai Massage. We will dig into the basics of Acro Yoga: basing, flying, and spotting. These simple techniques will allow everyone to feel safe to comfortably relax into the therapeutic benefits of the practice. Learning to read each others’ bodies, guide movements, and breathe to assist another releases giggles & tension. Come with a partner, spouse, friend, or fly solo: all are welcome! $33 for 1 person, $55 for 2 people, $99 for four people.
